On October 3, 2008, Eli Lilly and Company and Jubilant Organosys announced they have entered into an agreement to form an equally owned joint venture located in Bangalore, India. The joint venture will be modeled after Chorus, and will develop molecules between pre-clinical and Phase II clinical testing.
